Quick, friendly service. Got a gel manicure and they were very meticulous. Reasonably priced, too.

I don't know why people love this place but if you are perceived as a person who can't afford it you will get the worst mani/pedi.

I went in while waiting on my heels to get fixed (the business next store is the best when it comes to shoe repair). I asked for a mani/pedi ($55 if you want to sit in the "spa" chair $42 if you want to sit in a ordinary chair and have your feet popped in a basin full of luke warm water) I took the $42, I figured they would do just as a good of a job for either and I was mistaken. The total amount of time they spent on my services was 15 min. No real time of making sure that the nail polish was not on my skin and actually on my nails. I was extremely unhappy because I thought from the clientele they would take pride in their work and they don't well at least not for me.

What really did it for me was when the nail technician tells me that I look unsatisfied and I told her I wasn't but it was ok because I would not be returning back. She tells me that my service more than likely was not a good one because they are bias on "my kind" of people. "My kind" do not like the prices and make disgruntle comments and they are bad tippers. Well I'm pleased to say that "my kind" will not be returning back. Also I posted the picture of the bad manicure.

always available, very friendly – This salon is huge with lots of personnel, so there's almost always someone available to take walk-ins. Very friendly, very thorough. They give GREAT neck/shoulder massages for an extra charge while your nails dry--definitely worth paying the $15 or so for 20 minutes (or more) after a long day. Also willing to take walk-ins close to closing time and will stay open as late as a full hour after close.

Finally, a nail place that understands me – I had such a great experience there. The people are awesome and super friendly. IDK why its becoming so hard to find women who actually know what they are doing in this city but its great to know that there is at least one place out there. I have gone to upwards of 10 different salons in the last 5 months. Thank God the search is over. Envision, I am here to stay!!!

Quick, Clean, and Long Lasting Manis! – I have been a regular Envision Nails customer for the last several years and I am hooked!! They are constantly updating their decor and furniture, and keep the salon super clean. I love the relaxing spa pedicures, and I get acrylic fills that last over 2 weeks without chipping. I don't even have to pick my colors, they remember what I like. Also, the staff does not skimp on massages- they give great foot massages during pedicures and use hot stones during the neck massages. If you want a relaxing and amazing quality nail salon...this is your place!!

Dude's perspective – Fellas out there who think mani-whatevers just ain't for them, I feel you. But the girlfriend got fed up with my nail biting and dragged me here against my will, and I gotta say, this place is pretty chill. Staff was very understanding about me being a dude, and after I got over the fact that I was the only dude in the salon, the whole thing was very zen. Don't know anything about "quality manicures" or whatnot, but my hands and feet are feeling f***ing great, and the gf says they look really good. So props Envision. 2 thumbs up from this guy.

Clean Facilities and Nice Ladies – This place is a pretty good nail salon. Everything seems clean and sanitized and the pedicures are nice. I dont have fake nails---so i dont know their quality in regards to that, but they have a good selection of nice nail polish and its a reasonable price.

Best nail salon in the Hou! – One of the best mani/pedis I have EVER had! The facility is very clean and well taken care and the staff is so accomodating and friendly. I will definitely be coming back! Ask for the "spa pedicure" and extra massage...SO worth it!

Nice pedicure, cheap solar nails - broke in 3 days – I had a great spa pedicure here, then went back to get my nails done. The materials must be sub-standard, because they were chipping on the tips within a day. Four days later 2 had broken completely and I'd had to file down 2 more because of the chips on the ends. They charged $45 for a new set, $10 more than most places. When I went back even they looked disgusted by the shape of my nails, kept asking who did them and said they'd fix it for me. Then they charged me $25. It's now 4 days after the repair, and they're breaking again. One tip broke in half lengthwise, and 2 more have chipped tips. I'll never go there for nails again, but may go there for a spa pedicure.

Avoid using Credit Cards here, they tip themselves – Went in on dec. 16,2007 to buy a gift certificate for $40.00 and walked out with a receipt of that amount but when i checked my bank statement , they went back in and gave them self a $8.00 tip !! when i called , they said the credit card company charges that amount to verify account and it will be removed, well most cc companys verifies with one dollar, not 8. so i called again and they " are looking into it", please check your statements if you charge, this is definatly bad business practices.
