Never Ever Going Back – Lets just start out by saying my hair is Freaking ORANGE!

When I got to the Salon (if you can even call it that) I was greeted by the same Gent and told to speak to the Asian Woman with Long Hair, She would be in charge of my consultation. When I got to her and explained what I wanted done she pointed me to who I assumed to be the Manager (an Older asian woman cutting a mans hair)

As I started to walk over the Long Haired woman grabbed me by my arm and pushed me toward the other... RUDE!

I then explained for a third time what I wanted done and she told me they would have to Bleach my hair and do the color over it. I agreed and Picked out a color from their Sample List and was told $50.

At this point I was willing to overlook the bit of Rudeness since Hey $50 bucks for a full color is pretty darn sweet!.....I should have left.

I pressed on in good faith, still remembering all the Great Reviews on YELP.

After mixing the Bleach she proceeded to put it on my roots FIRST! For anyone thats ever gotten their hair Bleached or lightened You know that You NEVER put the Bleach directly on the ROOTS FIRST! Its a process known as Hot Roots, The roots lighten the fastest since its all pure new growth, If you put it on first then proceed downward the Bleach will over process and damage the follicle. Not Good!

She left the Bleach in for an HOUR! my Roots are frying.

She then puts me under the heater because the ends of my hair aren't lightening up with the rest (remember they already have dye in them, Should've been done first, another reason to NEVER do ROOTS FIRST)

About 10min into the heater she mixes another batch of Bleach and layers that on top of my Already Bleached Scalp.

Oh By The Way at this point she tells me I'm going to have to pay an additional $10 since she had to make up more bleach..... Hell NO!

When the bleach has done it's dirty work and she calls me over to the rinse station she OOHs and AAHs over how pretty the color is...I look in the mirror...WHAT COLOR?!?! I am now a ToeHead Blonde!!! My Roots are White and my Ends are a sickening highlighter yellow!

She says Its ok and starts to look for the Strawberry Blonde color I picked out earlier.... Im Tired I just wanna Go Home but she assures me It will be ok....

I Think back to the Wonderful Reviews...I wait Patiently... I wait.... I wait... I watch her try and find my color... I realize she doesn't have my color and she is now trying to patchwork other colors without my knowledge....

I get up I tell her It's OK I can pick another Color I just want it to look natural... I opt for straight up Red, an even natural looking red...

She mixes the color and starts to slather it on my head pulling in this direction, yanking in that.

5 more min she says.....

15min Pass.... I'm losing patience

Rinse time!

I sit back at the styling station look into the mirror and almost start to cry. My hair is Bright Caution Cone Orange.

Not Red

Not Strawberry Blonde

She blow drys it and tells me to pay the man at the counter $60

I look at her and flat out refuse. I point out everything she did wrong, I point out that my hair is now Orange and that I cant go to Work like this.

I am literally shaking I am so Upset! How dare she ruin my hair!

She doesn't even apologize, Instead she Says It's MY FAULT BECAUSE I NEVER PICKED THE RIGHT COLOR!

My hair is orange....

I Walked out.
