To be short and sweet: Went there with the family .. FOOD: overpriced and not tasty SERVICE: average CHARGED ADMISSION: why? ATMOSPHERE: fun but not worth it please take my word and do not waste your money.

Pros: great atmosphere very fun

Cons: overpriced average food average service

Terrible, disgusting.....would never go back. Went to this place, and the food was not good, waitress not friendly. Manager was no better. Would not recommend to my enemy

My wife talked me into this place and it was the first time we brought the kids to the city so I thought it might be fun anyway. I wish I read the reviews of this place before we went. The kids liked it but the food was horrid! The chicken parm was dry and cold. I thought I might get sick. The rug was sticky I mean real sticky, wet sticky. I was afraid my loafers would stick to the floor when I raised my foot, like in mud. I saw a bus boy drop an entire tray of food and just leave it and walk away leaving the mess on the floor. This place is very expensive including the $2 per person admission fee for the out dated space ride. Don't go, run away.

Pros: Something different

Cons: Dirty, sticky and lously food

Went with our 5 kids ages 1 to 16. On the website the place looked fun and interesting so we decided to go. Before going into the place we were charged a $2 admision fee pp. Next we got into the space ship to arrive on "mars". The guy who told us what was going to happen was totally unenthusiastic, and the ride itself was lame. The simulated video was outdated and lacked excitement., and the seats in the ship were in desperate need of a cleaning...we should have known then....Once the ride was over, we were lead to our table. The decor was nice and the kids were excited....There are 2 levels to eat. We were seated upstairs. All of the tables, including ours were filthy. The table cloths all had writing on them and looked as if they were only wiped down with a dry paper towel. The floor was also sticky. We had to change tables because something was dripping from the ceiling. The high chair that was brought to us was also wet and sticky. Our first waiter was not friendly at all and couldn't be bothered. The new table was a little better as was our waitress. She was very nice. The rest of the staff were not. None of them seemed to want to be there. Even when they sang happy birthday to another table, they sounded like a record that was slowing down. When our food came, it was only luke warm. We chanced eating it and hoped we wouldn't get sick. It tasted ok. Deffinetly NOT worth the money we paid! The whole place was absolutely filthy including the sticky bathroom! There was an "alien" walking around who didn't come to us, only the birthday table near us, but at least he waved, however, his costume was very dirty and looked like it had been kicked aound on the floor for years. I can't stress enough how dirty this place was. I've never written a review like this, but after experiencing this place, I wanted to warn people before they spend the money. This place has good potential if they change their staff and CLEANED it better. Save your money!

Pros: Nice to look at and walk through

Cons: FILTHY, Unfriendly, WEBSITE PICTURES VERY MISLEADING!!!

do NOT go here. i brought my sister and her friends for a birthday party - it was overpriced, the food was okay but nowhere near worth what we paid for it, and the atmosphere was more chuck e. cheese than cool and innovative like the website would make it appear. you dont see the dining room until after you've entered and ridden a "space ship" - if i had seen how empty it was on a friday night i would have def.known better. most o our party had burgers which were fine, but again, not worth $16. dont bother. the one saving grace was the amicable waiter who put more vodka in my cosmo after i sent it back for basically having no alcohol. rafael was very nice and a good sport for 10+ teens trying to amuse themselves in this joke of a restaurant.

Pros: service was okay

Cons: food, price, same "mars" music on a 10 min repeat cycle, tacky decor

You must be prepared to go to this restaurant to spend a lot of money on TERRIBLE food. The atmosphere was dated and you paid an entertainment fee. We were charged $14.95 for a tuna fish sandwich on pumpernickel with a smear of tuna fish on it and a bit of lettuce on the side. The average kid entree was $10.00 all of which was served luke warm to cold. The bathrooms were disgusting and the service was poor. Do not waste your money!!!!!!!!!

Pros: I can't think of any pro's-my kids were not impressed with the atmosphere(ages 7,5,3)

This place was a nightmare. The ride you go on to get into the resturant made me sick to my stomache. We had a large party, yes, but it was still obnoxious. Our server gave us attuitude and they were just rude in general. The food was discusting. I ordered a burger medium and it came out well-done. I recently checked my bank account and they charged me extra for some reason? I dont understand what that was about.

Now I read all the reviews and tried to convince my family to go somewhere else to eat, but with no luck. Everyone wanted to eat here and I have eaten here years ago, and i enjoyed it, but it was "years ago". There was 7 of us. A 45 minute wait just to get into the "spaceship", which was missing lights, or lights that were just completely broken. A screen that had a really poor picture. Right then and there I wanted out. But i was there for the kids to enjoy different experience. Finally after the whiplash spaceship ride. We get to "Mars" and now there is still a wait. The arcade was just like the "Spaceship", poor picture, poor games, or better yet, broken games. As we were waiting for my name to pop up on the screen so we could sit, the "Hostess" yells at us, screaming at the top of her little lungs, "you cannot stand here go over there!!!" Once again i wanted to leave. But it was for the kids. Finally once we sat at the table the waiter was really good. He served us fast and was really good with handling the kids. The kids loved the Martians. The Food was below average and priced for Fine Dining. I read someone's review saying they had watered down soda, and I couldn't put it any better. it was like they poured water a quarter of the way, and then filled the rest with sprite. They should definitely put some money back into the restaurant. replace some of the broken lights, games, update some the ambience. And then it should be a nice dining experience.

What a huge disappointment...we took our three kids there on Christmas Eve (ages 7,6,4) and it was the worst dining experience I have ever had. I wish we would have just gone where they all begged to go - McDonalds. The food was almost unedible- my husband and I each got a disgusting $17 hamburger with lukewarm soggy fries. My daughter had an $11 corn dog and my two boys each had the $11 mini burger. Drinks were $2.50 each for a watered down soda. The atmosphere was mediocre...I have seen much better as far as theme restaurants go. There were only a couple of dressed up martians who did not speak. Also, I have to tell you that the service was horrible. We had to wait for almost thirty minutes for our check and when we finally paid in cash, the waitress brought me a$20 bill for my change. I gave her a $100 for our $&*^% $80 dining disaster. I was NOT going to leave her that for her tip. I asked her to break the $20 for me and 15 minutes later, she brought me two tens!!!!! So MAD that we wasted a lunch in NYC on Christmas Eve at this place. Please listen to this and many of the other terrible reviews and DON'T GO!!!

We just came back from lunch at this restaurant after taking our 7 & 5 year olds to a show at Radio City. What a mistake! The ride into the restaurant was the highlight of the visit and even that was not as we expected. We were seated quickly and the service was good, however, the food was AWFUL!!!!. My son's Mac and Cheese tasted like dirty dish water. My husband's over priced Steak was full of fat. As I am writing this I am sitting here with an incredible stomachache from my hamburger. The decor for a theme restaurant was incredibly drab. There were only two characters walking around the restaurant taking pictures. In fact, they barely made it over to the section of the restaurant where we were seated. Now, I am from NY and am used to the incredible prices of the city and have been to many of the themed restaurants in NY as well as other States. I absoulutely do not mind paying the kind of prices that this place charged as long as the food was eatable. This was not. The only nice thing I can say about the place is that the server we had was wonderful. She immediately took the cost of the disgusting Mac and Cheese off the bill plus a little extra for keeping us waiting. I'm incredibly disappointed as I could have chosen from 100's of much better places to take my kids for lunch. I feel very sorry for the tourists who where there today as well. They deserve better from NY.

Pros: nice servers

Cons: BAD FOOD!!!!!!
