Body Kneads Therapeutic Massage

I went here once & was pretty good. I saw a guy with really curly hair & cute. He had to be a personal trainer, the shape he was in. But he didn't massage my feet, never had a massage where they didn't do that. And I get pedicures often. Just seemed weird to skip that.

Pros: good massage

Cons: no foot massage

I want to highly recommend Body Kneads to everyone. I was happy to find out that my insurance plan covers massage and that Body Kneads is on my plan. Even if that were not the case i would still go there. I find my massage to be the most relaxing, enjoyable experience of my whole week. I feel like i have gone on an hour vacation. I have tried many of the therapists there, Beth,Serena , Tony and Shalene and they are all very good. I have had massages all over the world and i have not had any as good anywhere, even at the spas at five star hotels. I just wanted to share this information to others ,so that people could know what a great place Body Kneads is. THe facility is very clean, the front desk personnel are friendly and the atmoshere is warm and inviting.

Not sure about the rooms, but the claim of spa like ambiance does not extend to the reception. Despite booking a 90 minute massage, I was told that I had only been scheduled for an hour. And they could not accommodate me. So after waiting to try this place out, organizing a babysitter and planning my day around the appointment, I was more than disappointed to learn that I would not be getting a massage. And while ostensibly for pleasure, I was seeking to alleviate some aches and pains that stay with me on top of the aforementioned headache.

One of my friends suggested I go to "Body Kneads," so I decided to try them out. I had a therapist named Tony, and I could tell he was kind of pushy from the get-go. Anyway, he jumped right into the massage, no warming anything up, just started jamming his thumb into my back. I asked him to back off on the pressure a little, and he proceded to tell me that this was therapeutic massage and that that was what I needed. In my understanding, massage is NEVER supposed to inflict pain, discomfort yes... But pain?? I was bruised and sore for a week and a half afterwards. He just had that "I know whats best for you" attitude. I'm sure there are other good therapists there, my experiance just wasn't very pleasant!

Pros: The girls at the front desk were nice, and it was a clean relaxing atmosphere.

Cons: I went to ease some of my aches and pains, and walked away hurting more than before!

I had the good fortune to come upon & utilize some of the services offered at Body Kneads, such as the Graston procedure for my tennis elbow, as well as massage & chiropractic adjustments. My experiences were so positive that I feel compelled to share with others ..my tennis elbow was virtually eradicated (along with a regimen of icing & rest). Dr. Fronstin and his staff are all truly professional. There is a warm ambiance and a sense of calmness which really strikes you upon entering. A quaint but state-of-the art place without being slick....Kudos to Dr. Fronstin & his staff.

Great place to get a relaxing massage and adjustment on short notice. Dr Fred is awesome! I wish I could go more often!

Pros: Immaculate, great prices, great tharapist, great ambience, real deep tissue massage

Cons: the time goes by too quickly!

Great massages at a reasonable price. I've gone a few times when I hurt my back, and between the chiropractic services and the massage, I felt fine in a week. Highly recommended!

Body Kneads is a wonderful place to go to get a relaxing massage and be treated with respect, dignity, courtesy and privacy. The environment is esthetically pleasing, very clean and comfortable. The massage therapists are all very good and very professional. I highly recommend Body Kneads to any one who needs anything from chiropractic treatment to a nice relaxing massage.

Body Kneads gave me a great massage, totally tailored to meet my needs. The staff was friendly, and made me feel comfortable. The masseuse was very knowledgeable. She explained why I was having pain in my thigh and what I could do to prevent it. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing experience!
