I am a new customer.......Antonio is a true talent. I have curly hair that is very difficult to cut. I haven't had a good haircut in 18 years! I have never been satisfied with a fresh haircut ever... Their hair products are amazing. My hair feels like satin ribbon. That is not easy for curly hair. I have gotten so many compliments on mine and my husbands haircuts that I'm spreading the word. Thank you Antionio <3 <3 <3

each morning as i dry my hair--i am still thanking my lucky stars to have found Lisa at Salon Santiago. my dear friend recommends her to all of her friends--and i finally came around and tried it. i cannot express how happy i am with my cut and color. and the sample products are amazing! i have never really had any success with products--but these make my dead, thin hair --shiny and smooth. i know i sound like a P&G commercial--but go ahead and try their product one day and then your own the next--and you will see the difference too! and the great news they will give you some samples. the bottom line is that everywhere i go--people compliment my new hair. and it still shocks me as i have been losing it in clumps and had a bought of terrible psoriasis for the last 6 years. Lisa is truly amazing.

I recently visited Adrian at Salon Santiago. He gave me the greatest haircut ever!!!! When i came in I asked for the impossible,one side was longer than the other not only did he fixed it but he gave me bangs< BANGS! i said......I''ve never had them, he assured me that my face shape would support my new look.....I ve been getting so many compliments i swear i will NEVER go anywhere else THANK YOU ADRIAN

I was very displeased. I asked him not to texturize my hair and asked if he could do it and he said yes. He texturized it. I called 3 times and he will not come to the phone nor call me back. My hair is a mess and I cannot even leave it curly. The whole haircut is uneven and it's very noticeable. I don't know who is writing their reviews, the salon was completely empty and a girlfriend said it's alway empty.

I have been looking for a good salon for such a long time...I thought I would never find it until I found Salon Santiago on this website. I read all of the reviews and figured I had nothing to loose - after a couple of not so successful haircuts I was ready for a change. From the minute you arrive the staff is very attentive and friendly. Dorry listened carefully to what I thought I wanted and made some great suggestions, I am so happy I listened to her! My highlights are amazing! I gave Antonio my thoughts on the type of hair cut I was looking for and he delivered! Not only giving me a simple and very manageable haircut but a wonderful new look! The environment is very relaxed and the staff provided outstanding customer service (which is very hard to find)! I have already recommended them to my colleagues and friends...I will be back!

Pros: Wonderful staff, great highlights and amazing haircuts!

Cons: parking is a little tricky...but that's all!

You trust Salon Santiago! Its a great place to go to if you love your hair very much and are a picky person when it comes to who cuts it and colors it. I have very long hair and i travel across town just to see Scott! I've had my hair one color for a long time until i saw Scott, who gave my the greatest layered cut ( my hair is STILL LONG too :) and great natural looking highlights ( which by the way i get compliments all the time for). See Scott for Great color and great cut! BTW he gives the GREATEST HEAD MASSAGE! Tell him Star sent you ;)

Pros: 1. From prices to the professionals its all GREAT! 2. They have the BEST hair products!

Cons: Some how you'll have to say bye to your home dye jobs and cuts! aaaaah ;P ( which will be easy)

I’ve been a client at Salon Santiago in Fort Lauderdale since they opened and have never been disappointed with the service I receive. My most recent visit is no exception, I had my facial done by Francesca – it was absolutely fabulous! After my facial, she even gave me some make-up pointers and showed me some new application techniques. I left the salon feeling relaxed and refreshed. It’s so nice to go to a salon where the staff is so knowledgeable in their trade and friendly at the same time. I would hands down recommend this salon to anyone who asks. Great service at a reasonable price – can’t ask for much more.

Pros: knowledgeable staff, great products, relaxing atmosphere

I recently had my second visit to Salon Santiago and I was compelled to write a review. Honestly, the service was outstanding in every way! Firstly, they were very accomodating in working around the client's schedule to find the best time to come in and if you need to come in urgently, they will make it happen. Secondly, the skills of the professionals there really blew me away. I have had such bad experiences with previous salons and was convinced I had "difficult" hair. On the contrary, Dorry perfected my highlights. She was thorough and really listened to what I wanted. The result: beautiful, multi-dimensional dramatic highlights. Then Scott shampooed and deep conditioned my hair. It was amazing! So relaxing and the products they use smell so good, it was like aromatherapy. Antonio then asked me how I wanted my hair cut. I wasn't exaclty sure how I wanted it cut but I knew what I wanted it to look like. So he absolutely made it look like the picture I had in my head. The result: long layers of soft, healthy hair cut in a modern style. I loved it! Thanks to the haircut, the highlights were just perfectly displayed. The cut worked so well with the color. I was so sold on their services that I wanted to take some product home with me, also because they smell so good! Francesca was very knowledgeable and helped me figure out what my skin care needs might be. She was great! And finally the true test, could I recreate this hair "masterpiece" at home by myself, without the assistance of this talented group of professionals? The answere is YES! I was surprised at how low maintenance the style was and I am so thrilled with the results! Thanks to them, I have a beautiful head of hair! I couldn't be happier with the results. I would STRONGLY recommend to close friends and family!

I have never been to a salon like this in south Florida. It was such a hot day and I was so worried that my hair would not stay straight with the humidity, but Antonio made it happen! I got my hair done here for my birthday and the service I received was absolutely amazing. My hair is extremely hard to straighten because it is so curly and whatnot but it's even still straight! And It will most likely stay straight until after Christmas or until I wash it. My haircut is awesome, all the dead ends are gone and my hair is smooth and shiny. I would definitely recommend this salon to anyone! I already told my aunt about it and she is going to make an appointment & I am coming back for new years to get my hair done!!

Pros: Relaxing,Friendly Receptionist,AMAZING HAIRCUT
