I have used R&R for years and have never had a problem with their service or equipment. They are very good at what they do. They almost always have what I need and if they don't, they usually find it for me or suggest something similar. If you are throwing a party and need anything I would recommend calling R&R. MA

There are great rental companies out there who go the extra mile and really get customer service. This is not one of them. Substituted original order -and not willing to make any accomodations when I called to complain. Offer was for me to pay more money to rent additional equipment and pick up myself. Stated that I had to be wrong as they were well trained and knew their inventory.
Cons: Bad customer service
