Be aware! You have heard of the "Queen of Mean" in the hotel industry being Leona Helmsly, well, the QUEEN OF MEAN in the hair styling industry is MARGIE at Patrice's. If you want to experience RUDE ARROGANT behavior and watch MARGIE treat staff as if they were her slaves yelling at them n SPANISH and humiliating them, then this is the place for you. The staff turnover is like a revolving door...I have never been so insulted as a client in my life.

DO NOT GO HERE! Overprice- poor customer service (the staff is even rude to each other in front of customers). Not worth the trouble-

Patrice is very professional. Excellent with hair color, the best I ever had. Excellent as well with cuts. I would ask for him if you decide to use this salon.Prices are not cheap, but I have seen much more expensive, especially on the beach.The end result is what counts.I use him for 15 years and have tried many others.Oribe Salon is also very good, but much more expensive.
Cons: Parking isn't simple, unless you use the garage across the street

This isn't exactly a review, I was wondering what the prices were like at this salon. I'm moving to Miami for college, and i get my hair done every two weeks. And also, I'm mixed with Puerto Rican, White, Native American, and Black, is this salon good at treating all types of hair? Mine is really long and straight, but it's thick.

Patrice has cut my hair since 1994. I haighly recommend him. His salon is very clean and inviting.
