If you are sick of looking at yourself in the mirror as you are. If you can’t stand not fitting into your clothes. If you hate working out. Fitness Together is THE place to go. I hate working out. I hate running and I don’t like to go to these gyms with a thousand people everywhere. At Fitness Together I am trained by pros who push me and allow me to bust my butt for 45 minutes every workout 3 times a week. In 6 weeks I have lost 20 lbs., 4 waist sizes, and regained my self-confidence. If you truly want to look like you can, call them. If you don’t, then blame yourself. Listen to them, bust your tail while you are there, and you will see the results.

I have had many different personal training experiences, from your standard gym, to in home private training. Fitness Together is by far the best personal training provider. You walk in and are instantly welcome by any member of the staff. You are treated like a special guest everytime you walk in. You have your training session in a private suite, with just you and one of there outstanding trainers. I started training with Fitness Together in September, I have lost close to 70lbs, and with the motivation and insiration of the Fitness Togethers outstanding staff I have changed my life.

I honestly did not think that I could find the kind of services that I was looking for down here. I lived in Miami and they didn't get it and I moved to Fort Lauderdale about six months ago. La Fitness outsourced their personal training and it was only for 30 mins and Ballys and Golds were like stepping back 10 years ago for me. FT truly got it! The Customer service is impeccable but really what does it for me is that they really understand exercise programming, functional training, and motivating. They do it for me and I am picky.

Pros: staffing! Customer Service! Programming! Cleanliness! Motivating!

After I drop my two girls off at school in the morning, I head over to what I call "My Time''. On Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays of each week I get to leave the rush of my life outside the studio and I get to train in my own private room with my own (amazing) personal trainer. The equipment consists of free weights, machines, dumbbells, stabilityballs, medicineballs, pilates rings, balancing equipment, bosu's, tubing...just about anything you could think of. The trainers are very creative and challenge me with new exercises each week, and it's been amazing to reach my goals, all while having fun! I wouldn't trade it for the world!

Pros: one-on-one, no crowds, great personal trainers

It is such a great environment, with lots of privacy so that i dont feel like everyone is watching me. The trainers are very knowledgeable with trusted certifications. I love going in to workout because i know i will have my butt kicked in a good way and i have already put on great muscle definition. Fitness Together is the place to go for one-on-one training if you want a safe, motivating, and butt-kicking workout. A training experience like none other (and i have tried many)!

Pros: Certified Personal Trainers, Clean Facility, Great Equipment, free bottled water and towels and affordable!

The trainer are certified, educated, knowledgeable and get you results! What more could you ask for? Great environment. Friendly people.

Fitness Together Ft. Lauderdale is outstanding! WIthout question it is the best way to get in shape and learn how to stay in shape. The staff of trainers are fantastic. They are professional, certified and educated in health science and personal training. They really care about you and your fitness goals. They educate you about your body. They listen to you when they ask what goals you want to achieve develop a custom workout plan to attain the goals. What an awesome experience! If you are serious about changing your life and getting healthy, then go to this Fitness Together studio. You will be amazed by the results you achieve and the time frame in which you achieve them. Trust me, it doesn't get better than Fitness Together - Ft. Lauderdale!

Unlike big fitness centers with circuit training and trainers who are watching the clock, Fitness Together of Ft. Lauderdale is a personal, intimate, and intensive physical fitness experience. Adjusted to each individual the attention paid to each client is extraordinary. It is one of the best investments in growing a healthy, strong, and muscular body. Fitness Together is a customized experience and worth every penny!!

I have had more success than any other gym that I have gone to. The Personal Trainers are wonderful. The overall experience is so different than any I have ever had. Customer service!
