Forgot to mention that Kurtz is a beast and by beast i mean amazing.

This is certainly one of the best places to workout. They have a great staff which are highly qualified and know what they are doing. The place is private so there are only a couple other people (at most) at any one time. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel very comfortable - it's a great atmosphere. The decor is really cool and their equipment is top-of-the-line. But the best part is that the workouts are amazing. They always have something new so you are never bored. If you are looking for a personal trainer, check them out - you won't regret it!!

If you want a great private gym with awesome trainers - the Body Shop is the place to go! There facility is absolutely beautiful, their equipment is top-of-the-line, and their trainers are amazing. I highly recommend this place!!! I have never looked or felt better in my life!

Pros: Private, only 1-2 other people at the same time

Yup. Kurtz is the man. And I hear they have a really cool painting on the wall too... Interesting. Kurtz will get you in shape. He definatley knows what he's doing. And if you are still skeptical, look at him. He's obviously doing something right. Great place. Definatley check it out!

KURTZ rocks!!!! I've been training with him for about 4 years. He's understanding to each individual's needs, easy to talk to, and professional. He's also easy on the eyes. He walks you through each step. He gets one motivated and is always there for support. The gym's atmosphere is that of comfort and privacy. The staff @ The Body Shop are GREAT!!! I highly recommend checking out the gym.

A Five Star Gym * * * * * I have been training for the last 1 1/2 yr. They have qualified trainers which work with you one on one,new equipment , privacy,super clean all the way. You will really enjoy training in a facility like this one. I would highly recommend it!

I couldn't ask for a better staff. They are all very knowledgable and friendly. I have been attending now for over 3 months and I had never been this motivated to workout ever in my life. I serious recommend The Body Shop to everyone looking for a trainer. I driver over 20 minutes to trainer with them. The best workout experience I have ever had. My personal rating of the gym is 10+

The owners and staff are dedicated and very talented. They care about their clients. State of the art equiptment . I travel very very far and its worth every mile!

Great location,excellent staff,very clean enviroment,not crowed,highly organized,great follow up,new equipment,I rate this gym a perfect 10.I have being training for the last 9 months and have seen excellent results at my 53 years of age, I need the profesional help to keep my body in excellent shape without causing any more stress.

This is by far one of the best personal training gyms. The staff is very qualified and motivating. The gym itself is unbelievable! Very cool with the latest equipment. You need to see the place in person in order to appreciate it. I actually look forward to my training sessions. Do yourself a favor and check this place out, you won't regret it.
