I just had the mircodermabrasion treatment done and I feel like a kid again. My skin is silky smooth and the age spots are no longer visible. Not to mention that the staff and facility were top notch. Give them a try you will not leave unhappy.

Sleek MedSpa is all I could have hoped for, I was taking through the Town Center Mall on the way to Saks and passed the store. I went in to see if they would remove the hair on my upper lip. The procedure was reasonably priced, quick, and painless. Now I never have to deal with upper lip hair again!!! I would recommend Sleek MedSpa to everyone. I am now investigating other hair removal options, I am thinking the legs will be next!

I DO NOT RECOMMEND SLEEK -MED SPA TO ANYBODY. IT IS THE WORST MANAGED PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. MANAGERS ARE EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT, COMPUTER SYSTEM IS VERY POORLY DESIGNED AND THEY TREAT YOU LIKE A YO-YO BALL AFTER YOU PAID YOUR FULL AMOUNT. . I signed up in May 2008 for hair removal services. I chose Sleek because I though they would be a trustworthy place located next the Saks 5th Ave. Instead, I found myself in the middle of their money-hungry games. Anytime they have a new client they do not care whether your appointment was scheduled six weeks ago, they just erase you completely from the books. This happened to me each of the four times I went there except for the first time since I still owed them 1/2 of the money then. I was frustrated to find out my second appointment was completey erased in mid-July. I was leaving out of the country in two days and I ended up coming in for only under-arm treatment instead of full leg that I had paid for. So I had to have my legs done in about 10 weeks instead of every six weeks that they recommed. My fourth appointment was scheduled for Friday, Oct. 17th. I stopped by the Sleek Med Spa on Saturday, Oct. 11th to make sure that I am on their books. She found me on the schedule with a lot of difficulty. But I was there. On Thursday, Oct. 16th I was shocked to find a phone message from the manager that they needed to re-schedule my appointment. When I called back and communicated how upset I was, she gave me an appointment for this morning at 10:35 am. She also sent me 3 (three) e-mails to confirm my appointment. I WENT THERE THIS MORNING TO FIND OUT THAT I WAS NOT SCHEDULED FOR A TREATMENT. THESE PEOPLE DO ANYTHING FOR MONEY. YOU ARE NOBODY ONCE YOU PAID FOR YOUR FULL AMOUNT.. I WOULD NOT GO THERE ONE MORE DAY IF I HAD NOT PAID FOR MORE THAN $3,000 (THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS) FOR MYSELF AND MY DAUGHTER'S UNDERARMS. FRUSTRATED AND DISSAPOINTED CUSTOMER.

WOW! I am so happy to be on my way to being hair free. I love this place. I was not pushed or pressured into anything ( like some other places).The staff members are so caring and knowledgable. I also received a free chemical peel! I would highly recommend this spa!

I have been a customer of Sleek Medspa for a while now..I have been open to several suggestions on what services and products would be the best in regards to my skin care needs. I have decided to discontinue my services with this company due to lack of knowledge I feel among all the staff (they don't seem to be on the same page or know what they are talking about)...I have had many circumstances in which I was not happy with my results and I can honestly say that there was only one manager there out of the two years I had been a customer that cared to help and actually had a vast knowledge of what would help me with out making unrealistic promises like I had been given before. When I found out she was no longer with the company I was very concerned b/c she knew exactly of my history and situations...I have taken a shot at having the new management and customer service team help me but it's just not the same, very dissappointing. I invested alot of money with this facility, granted I was not happy at least the old staff cared enough to keep me a customer.. It's truly a shame that such a nice facility with interesting services and convinience has such poor staff an management. I work in sales myself...and am aware that alot of companies tend to forget about their customers once you have their money....

WOW, I am so happy to be hair free! I bought a laser hair removal package and am so pleased. The staff was so helpful and I will continue to go for all my laser hair removal needs.

I was reccomended to this medspa by an employee. I was given false expectations during the consultation on how I would look after the procedure was done. Went in there to treat my acne which got worse, and eliminate unwanted hair from my upper lip. I've had 4 treatments for the hair removal and I still have the same amount of hair and my acne has yet to change after 5 peels! I was considering botox and fillers (which if I may say seemed expensive) but after I already invested money and seen zero results I am thinking twice. plus, do not be fooled by the other "great" reviews I know from one of their staff members that they post them themselves...at least that's what I was told.

For so long I have hated my skin. I have tried everything. I recently started a package of chemcial peels and my skin has never looked better! I would recomend Rachel, she is very helpful and so sweet!

I just finished my laser resurfacing procedure at Sleek in Boca -- what a difference it made. I look at least 5 years younger. I live in Florida, so I probably had more sun damage than most people my age (42) and the technician at Sleek helped me review my options and find the best treatments for my skin problems. I get compliments all the time - I just love it! I've also had some Botox done - what a great place! I would send any of my friends there.

Pros: convinient hours, reasonable pricing, real results

Cons: have yet to find any

I recently had laser hair removal on my entire back. I was very embaressed to take of my shirt at the beach. Two treatments later my hair was permanently reduced. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it to al the males in Boca Raton.
