Chopstix has a great staff and the food is fantastic. It's not greasy bar food it's really great chicken, steaks and seafood. Also the house salad is filling and very yummy. But best of all is the staff and piano players. The Dueling Piano's are the reason to go. The pianist are amazing!!! They can play pretty much play anything you give them and then ad lib while playing. WOW you have to see it! This has become one of our favorite place to bring friends for dinner and the very interactive show! Highly recommended for those looking for a good time.
Pros: Staff, Pianist, food, great venue!
Cons: Parking - you park in the neighborhood surrounding the club

My visit to Chopstix was hilarious! I had a ball as I join a group of ladies for a girls night out. The food was fantastic! The crowd was pleasant and mature. It was filled with people who had a longer view on life and could appreciate the atmosphere. There were no teenie-boopers, no rap music, and no obnoxious conduct. Yeah, we dualed for the best singing group as we all tried to remember the lyrics. We were invited on the stage to perform "Proud Mary" by Ike and Tina Turner. Some of us had not laughed in years and it was a great release. We all shared something in common; the early years of growing up in America when times were carefree. The musical genius of Chopstix allowed us to revisit our youth. A time when we said yes ma'am and no sir. My husband and I have weekly dates. Our next date will be at Chopstix on 6th Ave, Tacoma. I am going back for the food, the music, and atmosphere.
Pros: The unique suprisingly good time
Cons: I had so much fun, I didn't notice any cons

The crowd is too much older, the piano players have a very limited repertoire and are mediocre singers at best. No dancing, no ambiance, limited fun once you're tanked and then only if you like singing along to cheesey 70s am radio music and country songs.
Pros: Its got indoor plumbing? Descent drinks...
Cons: crowd, piano players, ambiance (or lack thereof)
