As you enter Qi Balance you are instantly transported to a land of tranquility and peace. I had the pleasure of having my lash treatment done by Alexandra and she truly works miracles. After about an hour of applying my eyelashes one by one I was completly transformed. I strongly recommend that you stop by for a treatment with Alexandra and her healing hands.

I have been a customer of Alexandra's since her first opening month and I am still equally impressed everytime I go in. She is fabulous at the art of a true massage and her space is so serene and tranquil that the whole experience leaves you completely refreshed. It's not like the big spas where there are people walking around and things going on, here you are going to get first class attention and it's not stuffy or pretentious. You will feel completely at ease and so thankful you came to Qi. I think she does the best massages in town, educated in the way the body responds to pressure points and dedicated to her work. Try it out! I know you will not be disappointed. This is a true gem here in our great little city of Miami Beach!

Pros: Easy to book appointments, lots of treatments available and personalized service

I have very thin and light eyelashes, but also very sensitive eyes and I am allergic to a lot of mascaras. I decided to try to Xtreme lashes, but I was very skeptical because I did not know if I would have an adverse reaction or if they would bother me to the point that I would have to remove them. I had them done for the holiday season...and I am so glad I did! They looked awesome, and I hardly noticed they were on. They lasted much longer than I expected also. I have had friends who have had eyelash extensions done in the past and had to remove them because they bothered them, but Alexandra did a great job. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole procedure, gave me detailed instructions on how to take care of them...and made them look beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Alejandra is such a shining beacon of kindness and friendliness in South Beach. I walked in with no appointment for a shoulder pain that was growing worse as the day went on and I stopped in before having to go to an event. She took care of me right away and did so much in 45 minutes I couldn't believe it. She did a full body acupuncture treatment on me, iced my shoulder and a gentle massage. I left feeling no pain and the next day the pain returned but it was much more bearable. I returned and she tuned me up again and by the second day it was gone. I also went for a wonderful facial. I didn't get Alejandra for this treatment, but the girl was also very good and thorough. My visage is a testament to their adeptness. I definitely recommend this place for anyone that wants a quiet, intimate spa experience.

The center is so peaceful and relaxing that just walking in starts a feeling of calm. Alexandra is the best. Very knowledgable and friendly, she gives amazing massages and accupunture/accupressure treatments. A licensed massage therapist and accupuncturist. What a difference from just a "regular" massage. Highly recommended.

Went here for a massage after reading the glowing reviews on citysearch. Alexandra, the owner gave me my deep tissue massage and it was excellent. She managed to loosen the knots in my neck using some modified acupressure, without leaving me completely sore. I was so relaxed after I wanted to go to sleep! I plan on trying the acupuncture for other health issues. The location caters to locals as there is plenty of metered parking around the center (plus for being in South Beach). Also Alexandra is friendly, calm, and unpretentious.

Pros: friendly, personalized service, parking easy to find

Cons: a little expensive

Qi Wellness Center is a wonderful wellness center amongst the many in South Florida. One of the best. Alexandra treated me with care and concern with both acupuncture and massage. I went to her two weeks past my due date with an impending scheduled c-section and trying very hard to go into labor naturally. But a few hours after her treatment, I was in active labor! I have had many acupuncture treatments, and I can honestly say that Qi Wellness was among the best! I highly recommend Qi Wellness as both an acupuncture clinic and a spa!

Qi Balance is without question one of the very best places on South Beach for acupuncture and massage. I highly recommend it to everyone I know. Alexandra has a magic touch that is very intuitive and will make you feel like a million bucks when she's finished. You owe it to yourself to go and experience the excellent care and treatment offered at Qi!

Pros: Great classes and spa treatments.

Cons: A little difficult to find the first time you go.

Alexandra has hands of gold. After a painful yoga injury I received accupuncture treatments from her and in 1 session I felt the difference. She is loving, warm and good friend!!!! Love her place, love the energy... :)

Alexandra is so down to earth. Qi Balance is clean and comfortable. Her treatments are wonderful. You walk out feeling refreshed and ready for the day. Alexandra believes in what she practices and that truly comes through in her treatments. I will be back! Don't miss a chance to experience her massage her acupuncture or a facial!
