I have been going to Juvenescence MD for several months now. Getting laser hair removal, which can be pretty painful. The staff is extremely understanding to this fact and provides ice, talks you through it and makes it as painless as possible. They also have a numbing agent available for an additional fee. I have a pretty erratic schedule as well, but they are always so accomadating! With evening appointments and Saturdays available as well. Today I wanted to come in early and they got me in within 30 minutes. I typically book my appointments a month in advance and the office is fabulous about sending a reminder e-mail and a reminder call! If you are thinking about doing laser hair removal, this is a great place to go. My results have been great.

Pros: The staff is great.

Cons: It can be a bit pricey. But, they always have specials!

I recommend this place to anyone who needs any kind of skin care! I went in embarassed and nervous and the staff made me instantly comfortable and are so understanding and helpful! I've had skin treatments at other facilities but have never been so happy with my service as I've been at Juvenescence! After going, I am now a walking advertisement for their successes. It is a very welcoming environment. Very clean and relaxing. 100% recommended.

Pros: Fantastic Results

Cons: Some treatments can be pricey.

I really thought I'd struck GOLD finding Juvenescence! I used to go to Bellevue for all my cosmetic needs. I came across an ad in the TNT and called for an appointment. The staff and DOCTORS are so professional and caring, I couldn't believe it was right here in my home town of University Place! The office is warm and inviting. I am having my CHEMICAL PEELS and INJECTABLES done at JUVENSCENCE from now on, the DOCTORS do all of the injectables themselves! I wish I'd found it sooner and now wasted all that time and gas driving to Bellevue! They even called me the next day to see how I was doing. I can't wait to bring my 2 girlfriends to their BOTOX and MAKEUP PARTY in a few weeks! I also had my makeup done and purchased a new eye cream----I looked fabulous, even my husband noticed my glow! (that's unusual)

Pros: Center of town, GREAT prices, fabulous experienced staff!

I had been shopping around for facial fillers and went to Juvenescence for a free consultation. The esthetician and doctor were both involved in my evaluation. I was happy that a number of different options and prices were presented to me, and the doctor who did the procedure did an excellent job. It was nice to know that if there were any problems a doctor was available for questions. I will be going back the next time I need fillers for sure.

I went in for a consultation about my face. I was interested in evening out the color, soften some acne scars & getting rid of a small tag. I chose them because they were the only place in the area that offered the photo facial, I thought this might address some of my issues. The Aesthetician didn't think this would benefit me and recommended their acne package that consisted of 4 Aramis laser treatments, 6 microdermabrasions & 6 chemical peels for $2,000.00. So I took the professionals advice and purchased the acne package. It was very nice that they split the payments up.They took before photos of me & set up my 1st appointment. Half way through my package they noted some broken capiliars on my face, $1,000.00 to get rid of them. My friend had hers done for $150.00. I got curious & did some research on the web. Found a place in Bellevue that would have done the same acne package, with longer sessions for $800.00, & they were featured on Oprah. So I sent Juvenescence MD a letter showing them what the other place would do and their price list. I simply asked them to tell me what the difference was, I wanted to feel like I made a good decision. My next appointment, as they were walking me out the door, the girl said the difference was that Juvenesence MD performed multiple procedures at 1 visit so you get better results. The other spa would not????? Better results????The only results I see are that the pores in my nose are no longer filled with blackheads, who knows how long that will last, needless to say, they did not take after photos of me. The other spas website says for $1,700.00 they guarantee to take 10 years off your face. Most expensive lesson I have ever learned, but hey, they are really nice at Juvenescence MD.

It was so nice to have such personalized service to prepare my skin for my wedding day! The skin treatments including microderm and chemical peels made my skin glow in the pictures! Nowhere can compare to the wonderful friendly staff as well as the outstanding products and professionalism of Juvensecence MD. This is my best kept secret to flawless skin on my wedding day and well...everyday!

Pros: Personalized service instead of a "chain atmosphere"

Cons: That my schedule doesn't allow me to go more often!!

The office is comfortable and professional. The aestheticians and staff are all extremely friendly and put me at ease. I received Laser Hair Removal treaments and received excellent care each and every time. I was a first-timer for this type of treatment and they explained the procedure and answered all my questions with professionalism and sincerity. I highly recommend this clinic for Laser Hair Removal and I'm sure the other treatments available are done with the same expertise I experienced.

Pros: Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, professional - owned by local husband/wife physicians

Cons: None, fantastic experience

I really love the decor of the office. The staff is very friendly and have gotten to know me as a person, not just a client. The aesthetician is knowledgeable in skin and she is accomodating to make my treatments comfortable. After treatments I like that we can play with the True makeup and the aesthetician is an expert in color matching and sometimes can be adventurous. I like that the doctors, a husband and wife team, do all the injections and are also very friendly. I have seen incredible results!

Pros: Lots of parking, easy to find, service, easy to get an appointment

I have gone here a few times to have some unwanted hair removed via laser hair removal. No body likes back hair, and reaching it to shave makes me want to throw in the old razor. This service was so worth it. For me it only took a few sessions but they were so nice and there and really set me at ease. I would definitely go back and recommend it to friends. I am not to the point where I need some of the services they have like: botox, Microdermabrasion, & Chemical Peels, but they are in my address book for when I do.

Pros: staff, service, doctor, packages available

I emailed Juvenescence MD twice to ask the cost of IPL, and to ask whose practice this is. (The website mysteriously lists no medical director or staff) Neither email was answered. It may be that this is a chain opened under someone's license but only uses aestheticians in house. But I may never know...
