Over the years I have joined many gyms, but I always stop going. The large gyms with a lot of people are so intimidating. I started working out with Rebecca 9 months ago, and I have been so happy. The private gym setting is so comfortable. I actually enjoy going to the gym! Rebecca is a wonderful trainer. The workouts are different every time I go, so I never get bored. She is very motivating and always positive! She also gives excellent advice about nutrition. I highly recommend Rebecca as a trainer for anyone that wants to get in shape!
