we bought a 2003 truck. salesman tells us germain will pay off our truck plus give us $500, they didnt tell us they were adding payoff to the new loan or we would of kept our truck and sold it ourselves we owed a little over $600. on it and they said they paid almost $1000. to pay it off.someone pocketed money and it wasnt us! however we have to pay for it for the next 5 years with interest!!! we bought a pretty truck from them and now paying a pretty price for it to. and the paint job? its peeling off..apparently the truck had been wrecked and a quick paint job put on it..the truck only had 13k miles on it..never thought the paint would start peeling off. we've only had this truck 3 months and the salesman who sold us the truck? no longer works for them.

I bought my 2004 Avalanch at Germain on Morse Rd. Excellent saleslady-Lisa Ramsey. 18 months later the AC was blowing hot air and the driver's leather was showing excessive wear. Drove 40 miles for service and was told they would take care of seat problem. The AC diagnostic machine was broke down and they would not do anything with the AC. They told me they would call me for an appt. when seat material arrived. That was 2 months ago and have not heard from them.
Pros: sale associate, selection
Cons: service dept.
