The limo, which was not what we ordered, was old and smelled funny. Half the lights inside did not work, nor did the A/C cool very well. The limo sounded as if it would lose a part every time we encountered the smallest bump. Our driver appeared as if he'd rather be anywhere else and was not very pleasant to deal with. To top it off...we were overcharged and they won't issue a refund. Beware of this service and choose another.
Cons: Too many to list.

Disappointed with the lack of customer service. Suppose to have a limo bus and ended up with an old limo that had a odd smell. Our driver for the evening was very indifferent - obviously, didn't want to be there. I would never recommend this company...there are too many other limo services to use. Run from this one!

when our limo showed up, it was not the vehicle we ordered, the driver said, "you can call, but they're closed". It was a bachlorette party with many stops, at the first stop we told him, this was the shortest stop, to please stay near by, we waited outside 10 mins (after calling him, telling him we were ready), when he finally showed up, he pulled to the far side, so we all had to walk to our limo. This pattern continued with every stop, the driver would not pull around to the front of our locations and he definitely did not enjoy his job. When we got our bill we were over charged $10 per hour for the wrong vehicle. When we contacted the business about the wrong vehicle and level of services the manager said he would not offer a credit and said, "hope you had fun"

I don't recommend using North Texas Limousine Service due to the following reasons. I made the reservations for a bachelorette party one week in advance. The reservation was for a 26-passenger mini-bus, even though Frank tried to sell me on the 10-passenger super stretch limo. We had used a mini-bus for parties before and preferred to use the bus for several reasons, even for a smaller party. I called to confirm the reservation on the day of the event and everything checked out. However, when Carl arrived to pick us up, he was in a 10-passenger super stretch limo. Even though it wasn't what we ordered, we planned to make the most of it and use the limo anyway. There was no room at all for a cooler (or for 10 ladies) but we put the cooler in the trunk and dove in. At our first stop, we informed Carl that we were only staying for one drink and would be ready to leave soon after. We called him on his cell number after about 30 minutes and asked him to come pick us up. I have no idea where he was parked, but it took him about 10 minutes to pull into the parking lot and then he turned the other way and circled another three restaurants before picking us up. At the end of the night, Carl had me sign the charge slip for $85/hr. plus tax & tip. I didn't think much about it until this morning when I looked at my notes from the original booking. I was quoted $85/hr for the 26-passenger mini-bus, but $75/hr for the 10-passenger super stretch limo. Since we got the limo, I called Frank to ask for a refund of the additional $10/hr difference. He argued with me and basically said..."Sorry, hope you had fun." I'm surprise they're able to stay in business with slack customer service like this. I'll surely never use them again.
