Celeb-Rated: Snoop Dogg Celeb-Rated: Snoop Dogg RSS

By Rick Florino, Citysearch Contributor

Snoop Dogg remains at the forefront of hip hop. His smooth flow and sharp rhymes have led to sold-out shows worldwide and multi-platinum albums. When he's not busy on his hit E! TV show, "Snoop Dogg's Fatherhood" or rapping and acting, Snoop kicks back in L.A. and New York. He shares his favorite spots on both coasts with Citysearch.

At Home: Los Angeles

  1. Roscoe's House of Chicken & Waffles

5006 W Pico Blvd, Los Angeles, CA
"Fried chicken, mac-and-cheese, rice 'n' gravy, French fries, corn bread and orange soda: I have it on every set when I do something in L.A. I took the homies Larry King and David Beckham here. You can't go wrong with Roscoe's, ya dig?!"

  2. Burger 90210

242 S Beverly Dr, Beverly Hills, CA
"Best burger and fries in town. Sh*t is off the chain! It opened about a year ago and I go there 'bout once a week."

  3. Marino

6001 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA
"This is a spot that has good spaghetti with meatballs. That's always a good test of an Italian restaurant--spaghetti with meatballs, and if they've got good pepperoni pizza. If it passes that test, you're going to see me in there every time I want Italian food. I eat spaghetti about twice a week. Their steak goes toe-to-toe with The Palm. I like the atmosphere, and the steak is named after one of my all time favorites, Frank Sinatra. Shout out to ol' blue eyes. Marino's did it big for ya, Frank!"

  4. McDonald's

6345 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA
"Big Mac, no pickles, no onions, light on the secret sauce. You can’t go wrong with a Big Mac, ya dig? I be overseas in any country and you always know whatcha gonna get. Coke on the side with large fries. Chuuuch!"

On the Road

  1. Palm

837 2nd Ave, New York, NY
"They've got the best shrimp scampi ever--French fries and steak well done, with two Cokes. I also love the pictures they got at the one in NYC. Bread is bomb, too."

  2. Serafina Fabulous Grill

    29 E 61ST St Ste 1, New York, NY
"Best spaghetti meatballs with cheese in town--maybe in the country. Also, their cheese bread and pepperoni pizza is off the chain. They kept it open late a couple times for me after shows."

  3. Dash Dogs

127 Rivington St, New York, NY
"Every time I'm in New York, I stop here: Orange soda, two dogs and a pretzel with cheese. It's crackin'. There's a funny guy who works there, too. He's always got jokes and dogs."

  4. Waffle House

    4301 Sidco Dr, Nashville, TN
"I recently got back from the CMAs in Nashville. I was down there for four days and ate Waffle House for seven meals. I love that spot. Why can't get we get a Waffle House in L.A.? They got the best music on the juke. Eggs with cheese, bacon 'n' egg cheese sandwich, grits, orange soda, French fries and waffles ... I get everything on the menu. Waffle House, come holla at me for a theme song or at least a franchise in L.A. You got to do it!"
